You can create signatures which will be inserted in the messages you send, for instance to remind your correspondents of your contact details.
When writing a message, the 
button in the text editor allows you to insert one of the signatures you have created.
If you define a signature as your default signature, it will be added automatically every time you start writing a new e-mail. You can of course remove it or modify it in your e-mail.
